I have always loved recording things. When I was a child I used one of those five button tape recorders to capture me, my parents and my brother. I eventually graduated to smaller micro cassettes, and then some of the first ever VHS recorders. As a painfully shy kid I never had the courage to speak up much in public. Then, somewhere around the age of 15, (not coincidentally, around the time it started changing) somebody told me I had a nice voice. I had finally found a way to stand out in the crowd, and the rest is history.

I started looking for any way to use my newfound freedom. The morning announcements in High School, play by play for the basketball team. Then, college radio, and public access TV, and finally as a public address announcer for a Division 1 University.

Now with over 20 years of training and experience, I bring my unique, powerful voice to projects far and wide. From commercials, to eLearning videos, to video games and audiobooks, the deep, warm texture of my voice can lend gravity and distinction to any piece.

When not recording, I enjoy spending time with my family and coaching youth sports, A LOT of youth sports. Whatever the season, you can probably find me on the diamond, pitch, or court.
